Unlocking the Doors of Opportunity: The Importance of Asking Questions

From my commander in the Singapore Army assuring our platoon that “No question is a stupid question” to my first employer often emphasizing that “the smartest people in the world are those that ask the most questions”, a lot of advice that I’ve received has often had something to do with asking more questions. I question why this is the case (pun intended).
